Terry Lively is the Employer Services Safety & Compliance Manager at Marsh & McLennan Agency, LLC.  He has over 35 years of experience in Safety, Compliance, Risk Management, and Human Resources. Terry has worked in a variety of industries including: large fleet transportation, chemical manufacturing, Heavy & Light construction, Military/Government, and full-service agricultural businesses.

Growing up in the PNW and now working with Agriculture and Construction industries, he understands the roles that we all have on the sustainability of the resources available.
